Matteo Fabini

I graduated in structural engineering at Politecnico of Milan in December 2006, and I started my professional career as cooperator of SCL in 2007, achieving in 2008 the qualification for the profession.
I specialized in static and seismic design of steel frame structures for the industrial field and for storage systems, as adjustable pallet racks and automatic/clad warehouses. Besides, my experience turns to the proportioning of shell structures (as tanks, hoppers and ducts) and to the seismic retrofitting of steel structures according to national, European and American codes.
I also contributed to the writing of design examples of racking systems according to FEM (European Racking Federation) recommendations.
I worked in the construction supervision of several worksites and perform constantly activities as tester of racks installation, for warehouses located in Italy and abroad.
In November 2015, I achieved the qualification as safety assessor of steel static storage systems according to UNI EN 15635.
