New Balmain showroom on the basement and ground floor of a building located in the center of Paris.

Executive design and DL of all structural works (c.a. and steel), pursuant to Law 1086.
Among the main structural intervention:
• monumental staircase covered in stone with a semicircular development that connects the basement and ground floor
• reinforcement of existing floors on the ground floor to adapt to new project loads.
• reinforcements of existing metal columns that were widely corroded at the base in the basement.
