AIM OF THE PROJECT :
Renovation of the store, from floor -1 (storage )up 1st floor. Implementation of vertical connection by a new elevator and 2 new staircases, one of which – between ground and first floor- made of reinforced concrete and performing an helical shape.
BY SCL :
Executive Design and Works Management of all structural works (r.c., steel and masonry).
Most notable activities involved the creation of the new, indoor, r.c. helical shaped staircase and the considerable modifications of the structures elements related to a previous intervention on the original bearing structures.
