AIM OF THE PROJECT :
Requalification, seismic and static improving of an existing building of 5 floor and an attic. New construction of terraces and bioclimatic greenhouses in the existing courtyards.
BY SCL :
Survey of the existing structure and evaluation of the impact of the new project on the building. Executive Design and works management of all the structural works.
To be pointed out: – the existing and uncompleted strengthening structural intervention due to a previous project started on request of the old owner; – the inability to proceed with a strengthening structural intervention on the underground and ground level because were not part of the client’s property; – the new self-supporting structure for the landing balcony in the courtyards; – the new structure for the reconstruction of the roof.
