PROJECT OVERVIEW :
State-of-the-art double-deep, self-supporting automated warehouse featuring 13 storage levels, 58 bays and 12 stacker cranes. It was delivered as part of the development of a new beverage production facility in Denver, ensuring high storage density, operational efficiency, and scalability.
SCL SCOPE OF WORK :
- SCL SCOPE OF WORK SCL provided the detailed executive and construction design of the steel structure, developed using mainly cold-formed profiles and, to a limited extent, hot-rolled sections manufactured in Europe.
- The crane‑rack warehouse is fully automated, ensuring maximum reliability and operational performance.
- The structural system was engineered in full compliance with ASCE 7-16, ANSI MH16.1 (2019), AISI S-100 (2016), AISC 360-16, AISC 341-16 and the Denver Building and Fire Code (2016).
- In addition, SCL designed the erection methodology in close collaboration with the installation contractor and worked alongside E80 Group to support on-site construction supervision throughout the project execution.i lavori.
