AIM OF THE PROJECT :
Construction of the new headquarters in Milan, with the goal to gather in one place all the offices of Gruppo CAP that deals with managing the aqueduct, the sewerage and purification system throughout the metropolitan city of Milan. The headquarters will become the center of a new square, a new place for the community.
Designed by Arch. Claudio Lucchin and Partners studio, the building will have the shape of an ark that floats on water in order to represent the nature of the company as a public service for the community.

Third party control – as Independent Check Structural Engineer ( I.C.S.E.) – of the main elements, relating to the executive design of the new CAP Group headquarters.
The control service carried out by SCL included:
- Compliance of the purpose of the draft executive project and its revisions, with respect to the structural requirements of the Work;
- Satisfaction of the structural design within the framework of the current provisions;
- Accuracy and completeness of the design results;
- Satisfaction with applicable construction techniques and procedures.
