Technical expertise and analysis in order to verify the structure and the damage due to the earthquake of April 6th 2009. Outcome of the expertise: building not habitable (seismic E level).
Strengthening project finalized to the rehabilitation of the building as residential location. Renovation of all the apartments.

Among the main structural works :
• realizations of r.c. partitions along the entire hight of the building;
• strengthening of the mixed structure (brick and concrete)existing slab also with of orizontal bracing;
• strengthening of the existing foundations.
