AIM OF THE PROJECT :
While keeping the shop open to the public on ground and first floor, works converted the second floor into shopping area, the third floor into offices and the fourth, fifth and sixth floor into showroom.

Executive Design and Works Management of all structural works (r.c., steel and masonry).
Most notable activities involved the creation of the new, indoor, circular staircase between first and second floor and the considerable openings in the existing masonry floors from 2 to 6. All the structural and building renovations were completed in just four months.
